Affordable Housing
Bay Area LISC strengthens the capacity of nonprofit organizations to build and manage affordable housing developments. Our goals are to create a strong set of nonprofit organizations within the region that are consistently capable of producing and managing affordable housing. Our program offerings combine a range of trainings, technical assistance, peer networks, and policy research and advocacy to staff from these organizations the knowledge, skills, tools, resources, and connections they need to successfully build and manage affordable housing.

2009 Advanced Housing Development Training Institute Bay Area LISC is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for the 2009 Advanced Housing Development Training Institute which will be held July 21-23. This session is intended to augment our year-long HDTI by providing more in-depth and advanced training in a key technical skill and financing structure area: tax credits and tax exempt bonds for multifamily rental developments.
