Bay Area LISC strengthens the capacity of nonprofit organizations to build and manage affordable housing developments. Our goals are to create a strong set of nonprofit organizations within the region that are consistently capable of producing and managing affordable housing. Our program offerings combine a range of trainings, technical assistance, peer networks, and policy research and advocacy to staff from these organizations the knowledge, skills, tools, resources, and connections they need to successfully build and manage affordable housing.

2010 Housing Development Training Institute Bay Area Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for its 2010 California Housing Development Training Institute (HDTI) for non-profit community development corporations. HDTI is a yearlong comprehensive training in affordable housing development within a community development context. HDTI will be conducted over three weeks: Session 1: April 12 - 16, 2010
